Shipping policy

Size and Weight Limits
Maximum Weight: 40 kg for national courier shipments and 31.5 kg for international or standard shipments.
Maximum Dimensions: Length up to 200 cm, width up to 80 cm, and height up to 60 cm (maximum girth/circumference of 300 cm for couriers).
Parcel Lockers/Shops: Specific size categories apply (e.g., Locker maximum size limits are considerably smaller, around 39x42x54 cm).
    Delivery and Redirection Policy
    Delivery Schedule: Deliveries occur Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
    Attempts: Standard courier delivery includes multiple attempts, and drivers may drop off packages with neighbors or redirect them if you are absent.
    Hold Times: Undelivered parcels are stored at a GLS Parcel Shop for about 5 days or in a Parcel Locker for 2 to 3 days.
    FlexDeliveryService: Recipients receive email or SMS notifications with a delivery window and options to change the address or date. 
      Packaging and Liability Guidelines
      Packaging: Senders must use sturdy, undamaged cardboard boxes or appropriate envelopes, filling empty internal spaces with padding like bubble wrap. Labels must go on the largest side of the parcel.
      Liability: Standard liability coverage applies up to approximately €332 unless extra insurance is purchased.
